We just took our two big dogs in to bathe them in the self-wash. We will definitely be back. The place was very clean, they have everything you need , and the girls enjoyed getting special treats. Kaitlin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered in the store. She’s the best! Great experience!

I absolutely love this business. I always bring my big Goldador Teddy in with his best friend George for what we call a “buddy bath” after they get all worn out and dirty at the dog park. The shop is so cute and clean. They have a great selection of products. The self wash is affordable and the staff is so sweet. So happy to have found Highland Pet Company!

Jordan is THE best. Washed our big old doggies today. She, as always, was helpful and kind. Their bathing area is immaculate. She made some recommendations for ticks which were appreciated. 5 stars for sure. We'll be back!

I just popped in here ten minutes before closing and had the most joyful time meeting the shop cat Cora and visiting the shop for the first time. An employee named Caitlin helped me, she was super friendly and helpful. The pet store didn’t have the cat grass plant I was looking for but Caitlin recommended another place to get it and I was able to pick up some treats for my dogs. Would absolutely come here again and support a fabulous local shop. Plus Cora is so darn cute!!

If I could give them a 10 I would. Jordan is an absolute doll and so very helpful. We have 2 older dogs who needed a bath and their tubs are wonderful, one even has a lift. Very accomodating. I would highly recommend.
